· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science / Engineering

· 5+ years of experience in PEGA Technology Platform

· CSSA certification is mandatory

· Pega Smart Investigate and Pega Customer service experience is preferred

· Able to work in Delaware, USA

Required Skills:

· Ability to provide design solutions in PEGA Technology for complex business problems.

· Work independently on technical assignments and provide solutions

· Ability to mentor junior members

· Adhering to Industry best practices in software development

· Experience on PEGA integrations and related developments

· Be a good team player and ability interact with client teams

· Facilitate open communication and fact - based decision making

· Right attitude, strong communication and presentation skills
