Using Pega case management, the new solution automatically creates cases from uploaded Excel files, grouping related entries. A built-in validation system checks the uploaded data for errors, highlighting specific fields with issues for quick fixing.
API integrations were put in place to enrich cases with key information and ensure completeness before submission. The system also includes an intuitive portal that allows users to upload data, view it in a structured format, select relevant services, and track the real-time progress of each case.
