Pega Launchpad Elevation Award - EvonSys

EvonSys has received the Pega Launchpad Elevation Award at PegaWorld 2026 for TracEI, its payment exception and investigation management product.

The Elevation Award recognizes providers who demonstrate the ability to move with speed and relevance in turning proven IP into practical enterprise capability for evolving market needs. For EvonSys, the award is a meaningful milestone in its continued focus on building solutions that combine deep implementation experience, product thinking, and AI led enterprise execution.

TracEI was conceived for a period of significant change in payment investigations. Swift’s Case Orchestrator is moving the industry toward centrally orchestrated, ISO 20022-based investigation exchanges, supported by structured data, smart routing, and end-to-end tracking. With key adoption milestones arriving in November 2026 and November 2027, banks will need to do more than update message formats; they must rethink how investigations are received, routed, governed, and resolved. TracEI is designed to help operationalize that shift through unified case workflows, traceability, controls, and a clearer path from enquiry to resolution.

“TracEI began with a simple observation: payment investigations were becoming too complex to manage through disconnected tools and manual follow-ups. That challenge is becoming even more urgent as Swift Case Orchestrator reshapes how investigation requests and responses move across the industry. Banks need speed, traceability, and confidence without adding more operational burden. We built TracEI to bring structure and intelligence into that flow, and this recognition is a meaningful validation of that intent. I am incredibly proud of the EvonSys team whose work made this possible,” said Andy Elliott, VP of Product Strategy at EvonSys.

The recognition came during EvonSys’ presence at PegaWorld 2026, where the company exhibited at Booth #22 and engaged with customers, partners, and industry leaders on AI led modernization, legacy transformation, intelligent engagement, enterprise delivery, and operational solutions for complex enterprise work.
