What You’ll Do:


· Generate leads and convert them to revenue

· Maintain a focus on incremental sales of EvonSys’ services to prospective clients

· Qualify leads from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

· Design, develop, and execute a strategic territory plan

· Respond to commercial and public sector RFx opportunities

· Establish relationships with varying levels of buyers/stakeholders within prospective accounts

· Establish credibility by understanding business needs

· Refine and continuously improve prospecting and sales techniques

· Capture and Report sales KPIs and other performance metrics

· Develop a winning sales team that includes recruiting, hiring, and training when it’s time to scale

· Successfully manage client and/or project escalations

Desired Candidate Profile should have:


· 7+ years of B2B sales experience

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred

· Comfortable working full sales lifecycle

· Experience selling IT, Consulting, and/or Project Delivery services

· Experience selling BPM and/or Low-Code solutions

· Public sector knowledge

· Strong desire to lead their own sales organization

· Can prospect effectively to find opportunity using multiple channels (ex., phone, social media, etc.)

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Self-Starter, high energy and positive attitude

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills

· Be entrepreneurial and results driven
